Housing options

Demand for Council and Housing Association homes in Lambeth far exceeds supply. For this reason we are only able to offer housing to a small proportion of the people who apply to us, and those that are housed typically have to wait many years. Applying for this type of housing is therefore not a realistic option if you need housing more quickly.  Therefore we positively encourage you to consider other housing options.
